1. The fourth Asia Think Tank Summit will take place at the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) from June 8 till 10. The meeting is a platform for discussions among leading think tanks in the Asia-Pacific region on regional and global issues as well as ways to resolve them amid the changing global order. Its fourth round will be co-hosted by the KNDA’s Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS), the Korea Development Institute (KDI) and the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP).
2. At the closed-door meeting, some 80 delegates from think tanks in 40-odd countries will discuss "the role of think tanks as catalysts for analyzing and implementing policies in order to attain sustainable development goals (SDGs) in Asia."
3. IFANS will hold a special session on “the Republic of Korea’s Northeast Asia Peace and Cooperation Initiative (NAPCI) within the framework of SDGs” and explain the ROK government’s major diplomatic tasks.
